Each portion of Swisslac Premium MAMA contains:
• Prebiotics: to enhance the function of the digestive system
• 364 µg of folic acid and an adequate quantity of iron needed during pregnancy and lactation periods. These quantities are essential for you and your baby
• DHA: to improve retinal and nervous system functions of your lovely baby
• Calcium and vitamin D: to build strong bones for you and your baby

The drink should be prepared just before consumption to avoid loss of nutritional quality

The recommended daily intake is 1-2 cups (200 ml each) per day

Dissolve three tablespoons of Primalac MAMA in 180 ml of boiled and cooled water at a temperature of 40-45°C
